Voices Against Violence Voices Against Violence (V-Club IUSB) The mission of Voices Against Violence is to generate awareness of violence and assist in preventing violence in the Michiana community, with a specific focus on preventing violence against women and children. Voices Against Violence is an IUSB-based club, welcoming members from the IUSB campus, as well as the Michiana community. In addition to other projects during the year, the keystone campaign of Voices Against Violence will be the annual February production of Michiana Monologues.   This production, featuring locally written monologues recounting personal experiences of Michiana women, will raise much needed funds for local organizations that help women in crisis. In 2008, the Michiana Monologues production raised $10,000 to benefit the YWCA of St. Joseph County, SOS of Madison Center and St. Margaret's House. In 2009, we have a goal of $15,000 and the proceeds raised will benefit the YWCA of St. Joseph County, SOS of Madison Center, the Elkhart County Women's Shelter and St. Margaret's House.
