How does our Silent Auction work?

Each item is placed with it's own bid sheet.

People walk around, look at the items, and write their names and their bid amounts on the sheets that go with the
items they're interested in.

At the end of the production that night, check to see if you were out-bid, or if you're the highest bidder and you've
won the auction for the items you bid on.

You can pay for your items right away that night and take them home with you right away!

There are new items each night of the production: Thursday, Friday and Saturday!

Bid high, and bid often! Remember, all the proceeds are going to valuable charities that help women in need in our
community!

FAQ

Q: If I bid on an item at Thursday's show, will others get to bid on it on Friday and Saturday?

A: No. The items available to bid on at Thursday's show will be sold to the highest bidder at the end of the play that
night. If you are the highest bidder, you can purchase and take your item with you right away after the show! We will
have new items for the Silent Auction on each night!

Q: What if I can't purchase the items right away that night?

A: That's ok! When you bid, you will leave your phone number, and if you are the highest bidder, and can't
purchase the item at the end of the evening, you can make arrangements to purchase and pick up your item later!

Q: What if I need to leave before the end of the show?

A: When you bid, you will leave your phone number, and if you are the highest bidder, and can't purchase the item
at the end of the evening because you had to leave, we will call you and you can make arrangements to purchase
and pick up your item later!
